Porsche 992 Carrera Sport Catalytic Converters CONSTRUCTION:

Each set of sport cats is made in-house by our fabrication team from mandrel bent .065″ wall, 2.5″ diameter T304L stainless steel tubing, CNC cut flanges, and laser cut brackets. All welds are back purged for increased longevity under the most extreme conditions.

HJS HD 200 CELL CATALYSTS: The highest quality catalytic converters available, known for their industry leading flow and durability. With their premium wash coat full of precious metals, they are efficient enough at catalyzing to meet strict EURO 4 emission standards while still allowing for an increase in flow. The HD design uses a stout triple foil winding for maximum strength. The brazing stripe is an extra feature in the interest of durability – it prevents the core from moving or experiencing any damage from sustained high horsepower abuse. We use a large and appropriately sized catalyst to allow for maximum gains – no compromises here!

BOLT ON AND GO: Each set is built and tested in a thick gauge aluminum fixture (which prevents warping) for perfect fitment – guaranteed. Every set is rigorously quality-checked prior to shipping and then foam packed to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. New high grade hardware is included for the bracketry.
